Random selfie of the day. I couldn't do anything really cool with it so this is what became of the raw image.
We got snowed on pretty good yesterday here in MN. So with super cold weather and snow everywhere, it's only natural that I would spend sometime taking pictures of myself lol. Plus like I've said before I need to explore all that my camera can do.
This is also a way for me to keep track of my weight loss journey. So far I can see a huge difference! Not only in the way I look but also on the way I feel. And that's what's more important to me.
What are you doing on your weight loss journey? I've just started one as well and I've lost 10lbs in just over a week

wow that's REALLY impressive. I go to the gym at least three times a week, I eat a healthier diet and try to stay on track. I've lost a few pounds and I can def. see a huge difference in the way that clothes fits me now and just the way I see myself. What did you do to lose so much weight in such a short period of time?

ReplyDeleteIm just eating veggies and lots of meat no carbs, sugars, fruits or roots veggies. drinking lots of water and going to the gym as well. its hard but im doing it.

ReplyDeleteThat's great. I've been doing the same thing, but I do have something that's not so healthy every now and then lol I got a sweet tooth. My biggest accomplishment was giving up pepsi. I was so addicted to it. But it's a journey and lifestyle change. Let's keep each other motivated cause it's a hard road :)
